Guilty BastardsFREE!
Guilty Bastards is a work of interactive fiction (that's fancy talk for "text adventure"). It contains a rich story in which you can immerse yourself by communicating in full sentences, playing the lead role as you explore a world populated by lifelike characters--some shady, some only partly shady--with 24-bit full-color images and 32-channel stereo sound and music.

I love it! The only thing wrong with it is there's only one solution, so once you figure it out that's it.

While it seems a nice idea, the fact that I had to bounce to three websites to get all of the various pieces of the game and engine was a major turn-off. In this day and age these things need to be included in one package with an install script capable of installing the thing regardless of platform.

It is the very first text game i play, and it's just great! The music is really cool but the pictures look strange cause of the "oil painting" effect.
You easely dive into the story, even with this text interface. it's addicting
. if you have never played a text adventure game, download it ! it really worth the try!

That's just WRONG. It's too wrong. It's so wrong... heh... I LOVE IT!
(But I still can't play the thing on my Pilot, dag-nammit!)
